Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 200 mL (3/4 cup + 2 1/2 tsp) maple syrup
  • 250 mL (1 cup) fruit juice (pear or citrus)
  • Zest of 2 limes or lemons 
  • 2 l (8 cups) cubed fresh fruit of your choice

Directions

  1. Stir together the maple syrup, fruit juice and zests. Set aside.
  2. Cut fruit into cubes
  3. Mix the fruit with the maple syrup
  4. Let sit for a few hours
  5. When ready to serve, decorate with fresh strawberries, raspberries or blueberries
