Creamy Honey and Cream Cheese Icing
- 250 g (1 cup) cream cheese, softened
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) butter, softened
- 80 mL (1/3 cup) of creamed honey
- Zest of 2 lemons, finely grated
- In a bowl, mix butter and cream cheese well until smooth
- Add honey and lemon zest. Beat well.
- Icing is perfect for cakes, cupcakes, etc.
