Ingredients

  • 250 g (1 cup) cream cheese, softened
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) butter, softened
  • 80 mL (1/3 cup) of creamed honey
  • Zest of 2 lemons, finely grated

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix butter and cream cheese well until smooth
  2. Add honey and lemon zest. Beat well.
  3. Icing is perfect for cakes, cupcakes, etc.
