Sweetened, dried cranberries may be one of Mother Nature’s superfoods, but they are not all created equal. In fact, most commercial cranberry processes remove many of their original properties and benefits. We worked hard to make sure that our processes did not alter the benefits of cranberries as nature intended.
Unique drying process
Our completely natural cranberries are of a very high quality and are dried using a unique, exclusive process that preserves the integrity of the freshly picked fruit. Unlike most of the cranberry products on the market, we extract only a very small quantity of juice from each berry. And our cranberries are dried for a longer period of time at a lower temperature. That way the fruit retains its pleasant texture, its deliciously tart flavour and all of its benefits and nutritional value.
Premium infusion technique
In addition to whole, dried cranberries, we produce one-of-a-kind whole infused cranberries. The berries are first infused with a sweetening solution, then immediately frozen so they remain tender and plump.
Our process is 100% natural. We use no stabilizing agents (like citric acid) colouring, or glycerine (an additive that plumps up the fruit and leaves a waxy aftertaste).

With our 750 acres of fields, our 55,000 sq. ft. processing plant and over 15 years of acquired expertise, we are well positioned to offer high quality products throughout the year. We have developed a unique sorting process that guarantees you receive only Grade A product. Finally, all production lots are completely traceable to ensure superior quality.
