Maple cappuccino

Ingredients:

  • Maple syrup: 10ml
  • Espresso: 1 short espresso
  • Milk: 125ml

Preparation:

  • Pour the maple syrup at the bottom of the cup
  • Heat and foam the milk. Reserve
  • Prepare a short espresso
  • Lay one teaspoon of the milk mousse on the maple syrup
  • Pour the hot milk very slowly in the center of the mousse
  • Delicately pour the portion of short espresso in the center
  • Cover with the remaining mousse
  • Sprinkle with maple sugar
