Maple cappuccino
Ingredients:
Maple syrup: 10ml
Espresso: 1 short espresso
Milk: 125ml
Preparation:
Pour the maple syrup at the bottom of the cup
Heat and foam the milk. Reserve
Prepare a short espresso
Lay one teaspoon of the milk mousse on the maple syrup
Pour the hot milk very slowly in the center of the mousse
Delicately pour the portion of short espresso in the center
Cover with the remaining mousse
Sprinkle with maple sugar
