Maple teriyaki sauce marinade for chicken and pork
Ingredients:
Maple syrup: 125ml
Dijon mustard: 15 or 20ml
Crushed garlic: 5ml (2 fresh cloves of garlic)
Soy sauce: 250ml
Chopped fresh ginger: 10ml
Porto or red wine: 150ml
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients together with a whisk
Let the chicken or pork marinate for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator
Cook on a grill or simply fry
