Maple teriyaki sauce marinade for chicken and pork

Ingredients:

  • Maple syrup: 125ml
  • Dijon mustard: 15 or 20ml
  • Crushed garlic: 5ml (2 fresh cloves of garlic)
  • Soy sauce: 250ml
  • Chopped fresh ginger: 10ml
  • Porto or red wine: 150ml

Preparation:

  • Blend all ingredients together with a whisk
  • Let the chicken or pork marinate for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator
  • Cook on a grill or simply fry
