Fruit salad
Ingredients:
Maple syrup: 200ml
Fruit juice (pear or citrus): 250ml
Lime or lemon zest: 2 units
Fruits to taste: 8 cups
Preparation:
Mix the maple syrup, fruit juice and zests.Set aside
Cut fruits into cubes
Mix the fruits with the maple syrup
Refrigerate for a few hours
When ready to serve, decorate with small red fruits and fresh blueberries
