What are investment shares?
They are shares with a par value of one dollar ($1) each, with no fixed maturity or interest. The board of directors can issue investment shares to any individual or company and determines the share amounts, privileges, rights, and restrictions, as well as conditions for their repurchase, reimbursement, or transfer. Investment shares may be issued as a series in the same class (See item 3 A in the by-laws and general rules).
